We deliver across Nepal. Estimated delivery times:
- Kathmandu Valley: 2–3 business days
- Major cities (Pokhara, Biratnagar, Butwal, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Remote districts: 5–10 business days
Shipping Fees
- Free delivery on orders above NPR 2,000
- NPR 150 flat shipping for orders below NPR 2,000
Return Policy
We want you to love your saree. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The saree is unworn and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- You have your order number ready
To initiate a return, contact us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or via eSewa / bank transfer.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for a different size or colour (subject to availability). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
